Jose and his crew did a full renovation down to the studs for my 1928 Tudor home in the M Streets. This included all new plumbing, electric, kitchen, bathrooms, refinish hard wood floors. New drywall and paint inside and out. Replacing extensive rotten wood on exterior and building new fence, deck and gutters, fixing roof and removing old porch. I highly recommend Jose and his team. We started the project after quickly agreeing on price and time line and within 3-4 days his team had the house fully gutted and cleaned out. We completed the entire renovation just short of three months including full re design of layout, fixtures, finishes and colors. Jose is very picky about details and timelines which is important for a contractor to do. I highly recommend Jose and any job big or small. He will stick to timelines and get the work done professionally and for a fair price. He does exactly what he says he will do!

The team at JPC painting and remodeling was prompt, very communicative, and executed high quality work. They put in long hours to make sure the project was complete in time. Then they came back to make sure everything was completed to my liking. Even when I decided to make a few tweaks, they had a great attitude about the adjustment. We are very happy with our project. I would highly recommend them! We will definitely use them again for any future projects.

Jose and his team have been a God send to me and my home renovation. I had started my kitchen and home renovation with another contractor that fell through. Jose responded quickly gave me a fair assessment of what it would take to finish my job. Including installing all of my appliances, finish the painting in 3 extra rooms and redoing my new kitchen cabinets. The quality of work is bar none. His crew is so pleasant work with and they are happy workers. I highly recommend JPC for any of your home remodeling projects!

Contracting Jose and his crew at JPC to do my garage addition and home water filter system was an overwhelmingly postive experience. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the end result. They provided unmatched professionalism, expertise and attention to detail. I didn't have a drawing of the project but they listened and provided me options and recommendations. They listened to my requirements and ideas exceeded my expectations. Jose was onsite within two days of contacting him and brought his plumber as well. I received an estimate the next day, approved it and they were onsite shortly afterward. The project is close to finalization ( paint and few minor details) but they put genuine care and quality into the build. The plumber trenched the water pipe, installed the filter using pex tubing (insulated)and placed a shutoff on each end with a bypass line to make filter replacing easy without shutting off the main water line. I definitely recommend contracting JPC Painting & Remodeling for your next project. You wont regret it.
