Michael came to do my first inspection. Before starting he asked thorough questions about what insects we were seeing and where. He double confirmed the inspection was for inside and outside. Upon leaving he let me know of everything he saw and gave me a brief synopsis of what he did and where as well as aftercare and when my pets could return outside. Would happily have Michael come back out every time I need service if this is how he conducts business.

I hired them to take care of an ant problem in my home, and they’ve completely resolved it. I signed up for their quarterly plan, and I love that they offer free re-services if needed. The fact that they’re a family-owned business really adds a personal touch, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers.

So Rebecca showed up several times in my ring camera while she was at my home and I must say I observed her to properly inspect, clean and treat my homes exterior. I felt that she did a very good job even tho I wasnt there. I hope she remains my technician.
