Mike did a terrific job of communicating his availability. The price quoted was exactly what he charged me, even though it took longer than originally anticipated. The two new chair height toilets are a dramatic improvement over the low seat height models previously installed. The new kitchen faucet looks great and works very well. All of the work was done with minimal mess and disruption. The cleanup after the work was completed was also appropriate. I would recommend Mike for this type of handyman work and will certainly consider using him in the future for other types of projects.

Overall, very pleased with service from ZPZ in installing 3 new toilets. Sophia was fantastically responsive and the tech, Andre was amazing, knowledgeable, and it was clear he enjoyed his work, and quality and customer satisfaction was important to him. The only reason this is not a "5" review is the disparity of the estimate given to us during pro vetting and the actual cost, after the techs arrived. I immediately called ZPZ about this before any work was done and the price was lowered but still higher than the original estimate. Only because it was in line with other pros reviewed did we agree to continue. There should be no awkward surprises like this with price when techs arrive.
