Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. We have a minimum service call fee of $100, which covers the inspection and basic cleaning service. Additional charges may apply depending on the size and condition of the furniture. We occasionally offer discounts for repeat customers or multiple-piece cleaning projects. There are no hidden fees—everything is clearly communicated before we begin work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we first discuss their needs and schedule a convenient time for a service call. Upon arrival, we inspect the furniture, identify any specific stains or concerns, and explain the cleaning process. After receiving customer approval, we proceed with professional cleaning, followed by a final quality check and recommendations for furniture care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed specialized training courses in upholstery cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning chemicals. Additionally, our team stays updated on industry best practices and uses certified eco-friendly products to ensure effective and safe cleaning.
