Erik is the owner and he is absolutely one of the best I’ve ever run across on Thumbtack. He gave me a quote within 5m of my inquiry and showed up the next morning to repair my garage door issue. Erik was the first professional to contact me this morning after posting my garage door repair project on both Angi and Thumbtack, and I'm glad he did. The tension cable came loose from the drum on one side, rendering the garage door unusable. He and his crew were on my doorstep within an hour of first contact. Within 45 minutes, they made the repair, and preformed a safety inspection and tune and lube (both complimentary) with no surprise or hidden costs. He explained everything he was doing, was very knowledgeable with answering my questions, gave maintenance advise, respectful with my property, and courteous throughout the whole process.
I don't usually write a review, especially a detailed one as this, unless someone makes an impression and goes above and beyond, and Erik and his crew did just that. I'll be contacting him when we upgrade our 25 year old opener. Thanks again for excellent quality work!

My garage door was making lots of noise. I was told by another individual that it’s because of foundation problems of building. This gentleman fixed it and now it’s smooth and quiet.
