Appearance-wise the pergola cover looks good. But there were quality issues that I brought to their attention several times and did not get a response or any attempt to rectify these issues. The roof leaks when it rains and the gutter was not properly installed. A section of my deck was also damaged when they dropped a sander on it. They brushed some stain on the spot but refused to do anything else to make it match.

People would call trying to upsell me more stuff but when I brought up my concerns they would just kinda blow it off. Nobody has ever contacted me on any of this and there’s no need to now.

I’ve attached video of my issues. I couldn’t get their attention so maybe this video will.
