After getting multiple quotes on having my popcorn ceilings scraped and SMOOTHENED in my 2100sqft home I had chose to go with Trey and Mitchell. I talked with Trey quite a bit and felt most comfortable with him and having them in my home while I was at work. They do the work themselves without hiring laborers which made me feel good as that holds them personally responsible. The project took a little longer than expected, but at the end of the day, they did exactly what I wanted...smooth ceilings! They kept me informed throughout the process. After scraping the ceiling, taping, mudding, sanding and test painting, they were not happy how it was coming out the first go around (knowing what I was expecting) so Trey called me to let me know they were going to mud the entire ceiling, ultimately starting over and would not charge me anything for the extra labor. The end result was exactly what I visioned. Trey and Mitchell are great to work with and I plan to use them again when its time for base boards and crown molding, thanks again guys!

We had a complete bathroom remodel. They listened to everything we wanted and asked questions along the way to make sure they were giving us what we wanted. Mitch did a great job with everything from the plumbing to the electric to the tiling, and he build a recessed cabinet that was just what I envisioned. It is tough to have people in your home for two weeks, but Trey and Mitch were always friendly and pleasant. I liked the idea of being given the set labor cost fee and then paying for the materials separately. It gave me more control over the costs. Trey's material cost estimate came very close to my actual final cost. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

Our typical process for working with a new customer is to introduce them to our webiste crabhamyman.com to look at pictures. Also allow the customer to look at other sites where our company has been reviewed and see what past customers have to say about working with us. We also offer for anow in home free estimate to look at the project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers and all types of budgets. We try to be fair to the customers and lead them to where they want to be. We let them know what is the most they can accomplish with in their budgets. Many of our repeat customers started as small Handyman jobs and they call us back when they are ready for the remodels.
