Came out twice to make sure the door was fixed. Did everything in his power to make it better but the deck is in an odd place. It is certainly better than previous and all efforts and ideas he put forth were all very helpful. Appreciative beyond words for the door repair amd adjustments to my patio deck.

Before I reached out to Nathaniel I had reached out to 3 other professionals who couldn’t figure a solution out for my broken patio door blinds. Nathaniel asked me for a photo of the issue, shopped around for replacement blinds, sent me a quote, picked up the part and came and installed it. Above and Beyond!!! In every aspect, from being responsive to punctuality not to mention the top notch level of service and workmanship. I had previously hired several handymen to repair my door that was drafty, misaligned and wouldn’t lock and Nathaniel the owner of Lovermade doors was the first technician that was able to accurately address all the issues we had with our door. He worked on it from 7:30 in the morning until after 3:00pm. And he charged us the same amount he had quoted us before he started the job. He even left to buy paint to paint my trim. This level of service is very very rare! Most companies want easy money. They try to rush a job and do mediocre work and charge exorbitant fees. So when you find a company like Lovermade doors that values the quality of their work and service they provide to their customers. You save that companies phone number because such companies are becoming rarer and rarer. So to Nathaniel, I would like to say a huge huge thank you!!! You provided exquisite service. You went way above and beyond, exceeded our expectations and resolved our door problem. For that we are truly grateful.
