They did not complete the job according to the signed contract. First, the contract stated that they agreed to move the electrical switch, but when the work began, they said it would cost an additional $400 to relocate it. After discussion, they removed the extra charge for the switch relocation ($150). Second, they did not paint the door and left the trim painting incomplete. Based on these issues, I believe they demonstrated unprofessional work ethics in completing the job. Other than these issues, the rest of the work was acceptable.

Hired CRAB initially for 2 Pocket Door installations but after speaking with them and seeing how versatile they were, added a Projector Install and entire house paining. They came out for a free estimate and were up front and reasonable with their pricing. During the work, they treated my house and items as if it was their own. They were always willing to go the extra mile, and tweak things as I asked for them. I was able to ask questions and received explanations. Overall, I would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and the work looks great. They stayed true to their estimate, and worked with me the entire way.
