All I can say is that Efren IS a total ROCK STAR. My bathroom floor looked awful, the grout was dirty, discolored (I had previously tried to paint it). Efren cut out all the grout (super tedious), regrouted, and scrubbed the awful haze stains off the floor. The floor is absolutely gorgeous… looks better than when it was brand new. I literally had chills because it looked so good. I even gave him a bonus because it was that amazing! I’m beyond thrilled with him and will hire for my upstairs bathroom re-tile this spring. Plus, I got free Spanish lessons from him… great guy and one of the best handshakes I’ve ever experienced! Hire him!!

Ascension Flooring & Remodeling did an excellent job removing the old vinyl and installing new vinyl flooring. The quality of work was outstanding, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. Afren, the owner, was professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the process. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommended!
