The install itself was done very well. The flooring looks very professional. The installers, however, were roughly two hours late, beyond the initial quoted installation time window. I would not have even had an issue with that, had the company communicated with me regarding regarding the issue. I was left wondering if they were going to actually show up. If not for that, it would have been five stars.
