I am so glad I called Sunshine Cleaning Services! My activity center it had been empty for 7 months (this is a 3,000 square foot commercial space with 2 large bathrooms!). Not only did Ms Tina adjust her schedule to fit my last minute request, she was personable, professional, and very thorough. She and her team went above and beyond. I could actually feel how clean the space was when they had finished. The floors were fantastic! The windows and mirrors are clear and bright again. The bathrooms went from being scary to inviting--with her touch. Our tables and chairs, which had been covered in dust from other work I had done, were restored like brand new. Sunshine also worked with my budget, helping me get me the services that I needed for a price that I felt was very reasonable. In the end, we got more than I expected. I think that Sunshine Cleaning is absolutely exceptional at what they do.

Tina did a fabulous job on my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment we had a meet and greet before she was going to clean anything as I wanted to make sure she knew it she is get yourself into and I wanted to make sure she was comfortable with my dog. She came over was very nice very polite my dog of course loved her which let me know she was a good person. She did a fabulous job!! I have never seen my bathrooms so clean and I don't think I've ever seen my apartment without dust in it that was always my biggest problem was dust everywhere and it smells clean it looks clean it's fresh and I absolutely love it I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The rates offered are reasonable to the job requested. You get high quality and detailed work. We do not do "surface" cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ask the customer specific questions as to what they are looking for. Some customers want basic cleaning where others want detailed cleaning that they don't normally get to. We ask the customer what they want us to focus on while in the home, rather than tell the customer what we are going to clean. It should not be the cleaning service decision on what should and should not be cleaned in a customers home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done extensive research on cleaning methods and cleaning products, including making some of my own eco friendly products. Doing years of research into the cleaning business and methods have help educate myself on what the customer is looking for and how to provide it and Sunshine Cleaning Services is here to provide the highest quality service with a caring for the customer that is becoming extinct in the service industry.
