- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $50 to $150 per hour, depending on my pick up and drop off location and the quality of car. A limo will be a more premium price than a regular SUV. We would love to give you an amazing experience, give me a call to work out the details and pricing for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
•Welcome the new client and make sure they know I appreciate their business. •Provide customers with my phone number. •Ask for the job description clearly (additional stops, any route changes, etc). •Agree with customer on price. •Ask for a 20% refundable deposit. This deposit is only refundable if ride is cancelled within 24 hours.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was driving for Uber last 4 years. The market really interested me and I wanted to grow more professionally. Now I have opened my own company with a fleet of SUVs.
