- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customers should know that my price will be fair for both sides. My team will deliver the quality my customers are looking for and I always give an extra service at no cost to show my appreciation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always! Meet with my customers to have a better understanding about their needs and ideas, explain the process and cost for better understanding. I break down the cost so my customers know what they’re paying for and feel comfortable with the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 hour osha certification/ osha competent person certification/ forklift operator certification/ scaffold certification
