Jose with CastleRock Solutions was awesome. We had great communication and responsiveness by him from original price quote for task/move to timing availability and adjustments. He was very punctual and so pleasant to work with giving us confidence in his ability to move our heavy item with care and protection to the destination. Further he encountered an unexpected issue at the destination with being able to get our large item moved into the older home with narrow doors. He problem-solved with recipient to get the job done well and had patience with the whole situation. We plan to use his services again in the future when the need arises. We would recommend CastleRock Solutions for any of your specialized moving needs.
