Here’s what you can expect when working with us: Initial Contact & Consultation We start with a quick phone call or message to understand your moving needs — the size of your move, location, timeline, and any special requests (like packing or furniture assembly). We’ll answer any questions and walk you through how we work. Free Estimate Based on the details you provide, we’ll give you a transparent quote — either an hourly rate or flat fee depending on the job. We’re always upfront about pricing so there are no surprises later. Scheduling Your Move Once you’re ready to book, we’ll lock in your preferred date and time. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your timeline, including weekends and evenings if needed. Pre-Move Communication Leading up to moving day, we’ll check in with you to confirm details and offer any helpful tips for preparation. If you need packing materials or extra services, we can arrange that too. Moving Day Our team arrives on time, in clean trucks, ready to work. We’ll carefully load your items, secure everything properly, and transport them safely to your new location. We treat your belongings with care and respect throughout the entire process. Final Walkthrough & Payment Once everything is delivered and set up at your new space, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you’re satisfied.
