Candon is very knowledgeable and professional personal trainer, I’m so great full of all the effort he did for me, highly recommend himFeb 14, 2020Verified
Candon is awesome, his attention to form is outstanding. I’ve had several personal trainers over the years and I rank Candon as one of the best. No knee jarring exercises (I’m 42 with decreasing cartilage) or craziness. Just a good solid workout. Though I am usually breathless I love when he says “last set best set” Thank You Candon for reminding me why I love working out! 🤛🏾Oct 11, 2019Verified
This is my first time with a personal trainer, was hesitant at first, but this was the best decision I have made. Professional, punctual and will stride with you to meet your goals. Very pleased.Jul 1, 2019Verified
Great and friendly personal trainer to work with! He is very creative in the type of workouts you do, and you actually enjoy working out each time. He is a very great listener, non-judgmental, and truly cares about your health and meeting your personal goals. I would have continued with this trainer, but unfortunately because of the long distance from where I live, I wasn't able to commit to more sessions. However, I would have definitely wanted Candon as my personal trainer had I lived closer to his gym.Jan 21, 2019VerifiedCanady Training's reply
Thank you Sana!
I contracted Candon after months of thinking about exercising again. He was the only one on thumbtack that reached out to me after being persistent about contacting me and getting me to meet with him for personal training. We just finished our first training session and made me even more excited towards training!Dec 18, 2018VerifiedCanady Training's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My rates depend on the duration of our session (30/60 minutes), how many times per week we see each other, and how long you commit to the training program. I truly want to help people reach their goals and change their lives and I don’t want cost to be a hindrance. So, I provide a variety of payment plans to accommodate everyone’s budget. When we meet for your free consultation, I will share with you all of my options so you have the ability to work with a trainer on a payment plan that fits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My biggest goal for new clients is to have them be as comfortable as possible. I strive to be as transparent and non-judgmental as possible because If I were in there shoes, that Is the last thing I would want. After meeting, we would go out on the floor and literally find their strengths and weaknesses. I screen clients for posture, movement compensations, and muscular imbalances so as to not create or exacerbate any new or reoccurring injuries.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I received my bachelors of science in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas.
