What Candon repeatedly states in his bio, how a trainer has to make sure they understand their client and also ensure they're comfortable, is exactly what he does. I'm naturally an introvert but when I visit it's always easy to talk and joke between sets. Candon has an incredibly easy going and upbeat personality that can get hyped as needed when he sees you really pushing yourself to finish a set or trying something new. My body noticeably changed after going once a week for a few months, and changed immensely in one month that I was going twice a week, exercising on most non-training days, and compounding that with strict dieting. While I'm naturally a very focused person, having someone else there rooting for me and helping me with form, effort, and technique made me push myself all the much harder. For me personally, only after Lasik surgery would I say this has been some of the best money I've spent anywhere in terms of personal improvement. The knowledge in both what I'm able to push myself to and how to properly exercise and keep fit is something I imagine I'll keep for life.

Candon was amazing! I needed to get ready for BMT for the Air Force and he made sure I had the endurance, strength and focus to thrive there! If you want quick results and a super friendly and knowledgeable trainer that will push you to your limit, I would definitely recommend him. Could not be happier with the results.

Candon is an amazing personal trainer and working out with him is the first time I've stuck to a workout routine since playing sports in school. He emphasizes personal growth and is good about pushing me to improve without going overboard. And honestly, Candon is just a really cool guy who is easy to talk with and is very flexible with my schedule. The facility is small but very nice and clean. It’s just me and Candon in the gym during sessions, which is great during Covid and because I hate having an audience when I workout. I’d definitely recommend Candon as a personal trainer to anyone, whether you’re wanting to start getting into shape or you’re a regular gym rat.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My rates depend on the duration of our session (30/60 minutes), how many times per week we see each other, and how long you commit to the training program. I truly want to help people reach their goals and change their lives and I don’t want cost to be a hindrance. So, I provide a variety of payment plans to accommodate everyone’s budget. When we meet for your free consultation, I will share with you all of my options so you have the ability to work with a trainer on a payment plan that fits your needs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My biggest goal for new clients is to have them be as comfortable as possible. I strive to be as transparent and non-judgmental as possible because If I were in there shoes, that Is the last thing I would want. After meeting, we would go out on the floor and literally find their strengths and weaknesses. I screen clients for posture, movement compensations, and muscular imbalances so as to not create or exacerbate any new or reoccurring injuries.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I received my bachelors of science in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas.
