My rates depend on the duration of our session (30/60 minutes), how many times per week we see each other, and how long you commit to the training program. I truly want to help people reach their goals and change their lives and I don’t want cost to be a hindrance. So, I provide a variety of payment plans to accommodate everyone’s budget. When we meet for your free consultation, I will share with you all of my options so you have the ability to work with a trainer on a payment plan that fits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My biggest goal for new clients is to have them be as comfortable as possible. I strive to be as transparent and non-judgmental as possible because If I were in there shoes, that Is the last thing I would want. After meeting, we would go out on the floor and literally find their strengths and weaknesses. I screen clients for posture, movement compensations, and muscular imbalances so as to not create or exacerbate any new or reoccurring injuries.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my bachelors of science in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. Certifications: 1) National Strength & Conditioning Association: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA- CSCS) 2) National Academy of Sports Medicine: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM- CPT) 3) American Heart Association: First Aid, CPR, and AED Internships: 1) Abilene Christian University (Abilene, TX) Strength and Conditioning 2) Ramona High School (Ramona, CA) JV/Varsity Football Strength and Conditioning
