I've worked for a huge corporation in this industry and I've been apco-workers and the company who never cared about the client's personal needs or safety. For myself I've learned that every body is different and thus requires different approache. From injury recovery, weight loss, to personal trouble areas I've discovered that finding out what works for YOU is what will always come first to give you the results you want. I love seeing my clients succeed in their goals. I love seeing the excitement they get when they realize how far they've come. I love when students realize the things they can do that they never imagined. I love helping others reach places far beyond what they thought possible.
