- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible and transparent. We offer turnkey setup and staging packages tailored to your property size and goals. You can choose a one-time flat fee or a staged payment plan. For full-service management, our monthly fee ranges from 20% of rental income. There are no hidden fees—you'll receive a clear, itemized estimate up front. Our goal is to help you turn your property into a high-performing furnished rental without overspending.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a preliminary assessment to determine if your property is a good fit for furnished corporate rentals. This includes reviewing upgrades, key features, community amenities, and access to major highways. We also run rental comps and provide a cost-benefit analysis to help you evaluate potential returns. The assessment is $375, fully credited toward your final service invoice if you proceed. As part of our proposal, we can also provide a 3D mock-up of your property to help you visualize the finished space before setup begins. Our goal is to ensure you’re confident in your decision before making any commitments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My expertise in furnished housing began with a global education in Economics and Management Information Systems, giving me a strong grasp of how markets and systems work. But real training came during my 17 years as an IT management consultant, living in temporary housing while on long-term projects. I experienced firsthand how the absence of a kitchen or in-unit laundry affected comfort and productivity. That insight sparked my pivot into real estate. I combined my analytical background with industry training, business coaching, and hands-on experience. Over time, I built systems for setup, staging, and management—completing over 180 furnished units and hosting 5,000+ guests. Today, I use that blend of academic knowledge and field-tested operations to help investors turn vacant homes into fully equipped, high-performing rentals tailored for modern travelers and relocating professionals.
