James installed a 65” TV on a brick wall above the fireplace in our new home. His work was fantastic. He was courteous, professional and obviously skilled in this field. We plan on more TVs within the house and he will definitely be the installer. Highly recommended!

He mounted the tv perfectly in about 15 minutes or less and also accommodated with time around my work schedule! I still gave five stars but at the end of the service I was super frustrated because he mentioned a service charge which was not mentioned in the previous conversation at any point, so I only had the $90 prepared that I saw online. I gave $100 because I didn’t have change. He wanted $30 for a service charge. I found that very unprofessional and gave feedback for next time to not do that to a client. Let them know beforehand and not in the moment. He accepted the $100 and said never mind and not to worry about it. Other than that, I appreciate the service that was done!
