- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't currently offer free estimates but we do offer seasonal promotions. And we always relay any initial site charges (diagnostic/service fee) into the cost of the actual service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customers have the same process as someone we've been seeing repeatedly. We treat everyone like equals and as if you're part of the family! We believe in true quality care!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Wesley is a licensed Journeyman Plumber, and our work is covered under our Responsible Master Plumber's (RMP) license, ensuring compliance with all Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners standards and codes.
