Not being dramatic when I say that taking Alicia’s class changed my life. Is it tough…yes, without a doubt. But I gained confidence in my own abilities to persevere and learn skills that I didn’t think were possible at my age. Each class I have taken with Alicia has made me a better, stronger version of myself while also being guided by one of the most inspirational and amazing woman that I have ever known. 10/10 do this for yourself! You have nothing to lose (but sweat) and everything to gain.
