I’ve never been to a yoga class where I felt so in-tuned with myself and my thoughts. Alicia is so great!! Every time I leave her class I have a sense of myself again and love myself more! Alicia is tough but worth ever sweat-filled moment. I’ve been practicing with her for about a year and have deepened my yoga practice more in the last year with Alicia than I had in over 3 years with other instructors. Always pushing and challenging her students to dig deeper. 10/10 recommend.
