- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The average cost for a new lighting system design and install can range from $1500-$6000+ depending upon the size of the project and the fixture selected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an initial phone call to go over the clients desires for their home. We then schedule a complementary nighttime demonstration at their property. This step is fundamental in our process, we bring our portable system and set up a temporary design with the actual fixtures that the clients can see. This allows the client to see the final product before committing to the project. Installation averages 1 day and we include maintenance for the first year for free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Lighting Designer and our team is all COLT (Certified Outdoor Lighting Technician) certified.
