All of my life I was morbidly obese. I was over 450 pounds at my peak and stopped weighing myself because it was too depressing to watch the scale spin out of control like my weight was. I gained 160 pounds back with my first pregnancy. I was doing it the wrong way with diet doctors, fad diets, over the counter diet pills, you name it.....
