- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $69, which includes professional diagnostics and is applied toward the repair cost if you decide to proceed with the repair. We believe in honest and transparent pricing — no hidden fees and no unnecessary repairs. After diagnosing the problem, we provide a clear estimate before starting any work. If the repair cost exceeds 75% of the price of a new appliance and you decide not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be only $24.99.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer contacts us with a description of the appliance issue. We schedule a convenient appointment, often the same day or the next day. Our technician arrives, performs a professional diagnosis, and explains the problem along with the repair options and price. If the customer approves the repair, we complete the repair as quickly as possible. Many repairs can be completed during the same visit. Our goal is to make the process simple, fast, and stress-free.
