We focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We have done construction and building maintenance for over 13 years. Our main technician was a carpentry/masonry specialist and heavy equipment operator in the military and a building maintenance technician for a 5-star Marriott hotel, and then went on to be a maintenance director for an Atria senior living facility. He has helped to remodel and fix many things in friends and family members' houses as well. We can provide great references and pictures of the work we have completed. We also offer military & first responder discounts to active duty military, veterans, police officers, firefighters, and EMS.

Jacob responded quickly to our request and was able to come out the same week. He installed 3 cabinets in our kitchen where we had a large plumbing leak. He was able to finish installation in under an hour and did an excellent job! We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for any future projects!

Jacob was excellent in getting our new garbage disposal in our house. Even when we had to reschedule I was appreciative of the clear communication and the professional way in which he installed our new system. We needed both an outlet and the machine installed and he was great at helping identify what parts I needed ahead of his visit. Would definitely hire again!

We had a phenomenal experience working with Jacob. He helped replace / install a new attic access ladder. By far the best communication I've had with a handyman / contractor. He did very high quality work and I would absolutely work with him again on any future projects.

Jacob did an amazing job setting up my home gym (my rogue rml-3wc rack). He came prepared (printed the instructions for the install himself), and got started immediately. The work was done fast and at an extremely high quality -- he made sure the rack was stable and mounted securely.     We try to quote most projects using a flat rate so you know what to expect cost-wise.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We try to get a feel for the job and things you need done. Some customers are more comfortable talking on the phone, which we are happy to do as well. Once the job and costs are agreed upon by both parties, we set a time and date.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We were both carpentry/masonry specialists in the military and Jacob was also a heavy equipment operator. Jacob has also had over 10 years of experience in the building maintenance industry working for apartment complexes and a senior living facility.
