I understand your frustrations, as we are as well frustrated. We were asked to complete a move out clean to a house that was not fully empty and was not ready to be cleaned. You have also lied here and said you had dirty floors the day after the clean but in messages said you didn’t return to the home until Monday. We had to work around obstacles that were being moved and constantly clean behind people that dirtied what we had already cleaned. We were assured on the order that the house in question would be ready by Friday and was not. Then your complaint filed 3 days after the cleaning which was on Monday, mind you, the house was still being moved out of over the weekend because it was not completed on Friday according to the woman we talked to before she left. We came out on the fourth day to clean the area that was asked of us plus extra that was not mentioned on Monday including bathroom cabinets and fridge face along with oven handles that were already cleaned. Now your complaint on the fifth day is that blinds and floors are dirty after still moving and laymen work well after the initial cleaning the Friday before this. I'm sorry, I can not and will not guarantee a quality clean under these conditions. We will not be returning a third time this far in the timeline. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 24 hours of the initial clean and at this point I feel we have met our obligations. If you feel that leaving a negative review is the best course action for you please understand we will post this conversation as a rebuttal.
