What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to stay as competitive as possible. We use a combo of all natural and less harsh chemicals. We don't charge extra for this at all however they can be more costly. We do offer an all Green Cleaning option.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are set up in our system and sent a text or email confirmation, as well as reminders 1 day before an upcoming cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning team has been working together for nearly 18 years. Although we are a fairly new company we are not new to cleaning! We have time tested our cleaning processes. We hold ourselves to the highest of standards.
