This was the best choice I ever made! Esmy and Aldo were exceptional to work with, a husband and wife team. This was a surprise for my husband and they helped me to 100% keep it that way even though we have ring cameras everywhere! My kitchen cabinets look amazing, like they removed them and brought in new, factory paintedcabinets. Luxe Finish Painting is an outstanding company. The owners, Aldo and Esmy are professional, yet seemed like family. From signing the contract to a beautiful new kitchen they were both available anytime. Aldo arrived each morning with smile and a "good morning " and then right to work. Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the project, the amount of preparation required, the products being used, and the overall scope of work. We provide detailed estimates so customers understand what is included. We believe in fair and transparent pricing, and any additional work outside the original scope is discussed and approved with the customer before it is completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand the customer’s goals and inspect the project. From there, we discuss the scope of work, recommended products, colors, preparation, and timeline. We provide a detailed estimate so the customer knows exactly what is included. Once everything is approved and scheduled, we carefully prepare and protect the work area, complete the project according to the agreed scope, and do a final walkthrough with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has primarily come through hands-on experience in the painting and refinishing industry. I have developed my skills through years of working on residential projects, learning proper preparation techniques, product application, cabinet refinishing, and attention to detail. I continue to learn and improve my techniques as products and industry standards evolve.
