Wesley K. says, "The last time I hired a demolition company through Thumbtack, they left my backyard a mess and didn't take the debris they created, filling my garden with chunks of concrete. I was hesitant to use Thumbtack again, but Oscar of Green Source Junk Removal was great to work with. He was quick to meet up and give me a quote, he & his team arrived exactly on time, and got their work done quickly. I tried to make it easy on them by collecting all the debris myself in one spot so there was no confusion, and they made sure to get every last piece. I had them take down a canopy with a bench swing, and they did it very carefully so that it could be donated (which I really appreciated it getting put to good use instead of torn to pieces and ending up in a landfill). I wish it were cheaper, but I still think I got a good value for how professional they all were. Would definitely recommend them!"See more

I had to wait on the city for permits and though it took a while on my end, Arbor Amigos was quick in getting the job done. Love the work. Since it was a bald cypress tree they can also grind the additional bumper roots that stick up in your yard."See more

Deborah M. says, "I have used J&S Landscaping since moving to Texas three years ago. My backyard is a steep hill making it impossible to mow the lawn. Jesus and his workers removed the grass and replaced it with a massive planting of bushes, ground cover, perennials and an additional tree. All chosen plantings work well with the heat and low rainfall inTexas. After three years of growth all look spectacular like a mini botanical garden with large beautiful stepping stones. Additionally a patterned 2' brick collar was installed around the perimeter of the patio as well as a brick collar next to the fencing eliminating the pet "escape gap" below the cedar fence rails. Last year he constructed raised stone flower beds across the front and side of the home. He selected a variety of flowering bushes and perennials with varying colors and textures. Again workmanship is of high quality. This year he constructed a stone circular raised bed to support a new tree. The tree he delivered is a tall, beautifully formed maple tree which I'm looking forward to seeing change to brightly colored leaves in the fall. All projects have involved relocating existing sprinkler lines as well as digging through and removing large rocks requiring the use of a jackhammer. I would not use another landscaping company. Jesus truly cares about his client and workers ensuring that each project is completed to the satisfaction of everyone. I wish I could give these guys 6 stars. Every aspect of their work was exemplary. Their careful attention to application of mulch around our plantings & the cleanup after was terrific. In the past we would have folks just toss & shovel piles of mulch. We'd definitely use them again!
