- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions are priced based on length (30 minutes for $50, 1 hour for $120, and two hours for $200). You get a private online gallery in less than 10 days and professional color-texture grading. 10% coupon for referrals and 20% discount for second time client. Depending on your location, I have a driving fee ($10 for 25+ miles). Visit my website for more details ;)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to video call to share some ideas and set the details of your session (where, when, motive, etc.). But we can chat! If you rather that way it is totally fine for me. I know life is busy most of the time. After that, I send you my booking form and require 50% retainer to save and schedule your date. But this fee is transferable to another date if 72 hours notice is given.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got an Audiovisual Arts Bachelor Degree in my hometown (Caracas, Venezuela) in 2010. And also got a certification (2006) in a Photography School named “Roberto Mata” that has facilities in Caracas and Miami, Fl.
