We don't charge diagnostic fees, we charge for repairs. If your device does need replaced, you won't be paying us just to find that out. Here's our promise: we will be honest with you about whether you need to replace your device or if it can be fixed economically. We will never recommend you spend hundreds of dollars when your device can be fixed for less. Most of the time your tech is malfunctioning, there is a cheaper fix than replacing it.
