What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client that contacts Wired Up Custom Design is offered a free consultation to determine their specific needs. After the consultation they are provided with an estimate based on the needs of their project. Estimates are converted to invoices upon client approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My distributors provide core product training on all of the products I provide and install. I attend the cedia expo annually to learn about new products and installation techniques.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ive been in the business for 15 years. Ive always had a fascination with electronics and gadgets ... so this was a perfect fit .
