Texas Charm is amazing. We needed a deep clean of our house after moving out and they spent days boxing up what was left and cleaning. Cheryl also did a walkthrough with me to make sure anything I noticed that was missed got done, she even found things I didnt notice! Yes they are more expensive than someone that does it on their own, but you never have to worry about no-shows (because things happen) with a cleaner because she has a group of them. As a business owner we needed that reliability and professionalism so I could set it and forget it.She also told me to get hired as a cleaner for Texas Charm you have to clean her *own house* to her standards and that is genius. I knew after hearing that it was going to be worth every penny and it is!!!I also appreciate that its all via text so I dont have to call if I need to add on a job to the usual.Its a no brainer for us to use them in our new house and other BnBs on property and/or after weddings because as a venue I have other things I need to be doing instead of cleaning. They are the best - highly recommend!

Texas Charm has come to my home twice and I couldnt be more pleased! Cheryls initial visit to discuss their services and my homes needs impressed us enough to schedule that first cleaning. She notated what was unique in my requests and provided it all in a checklist for her cleaners to use as they go through my house. We were fortunate to have two people working together each time. Rachel, Tisha, and Vanessa all represent Texas Charm Services well In their attentiveness, courtesy, and attention to detail. They arrived on time and didnt hesitate getting right to work. They cleaned 2 bdrms, 2-1/2 baths, an office, liv rm, din rm, sunroom, kitchen, laundry rmall in a timely fashion. At the end, they did a walk-through to ensure nothing on their checklist was missed. What professionalism! I will never hesitate to refer others to Texas Charm Services! Thank you, Cheryl and the wonderful ladies who made a difference for our home!

Cheryl and her crew came to help me declutter and make my home more organized. They were very professional. They had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job easily.My pantry looks amazing. Money may not buy love, but it does buy sanity. Cheryl and her team came in and did a wonderful job organizing my childrens chaotic room and hallway, and made the small space so much more functional. They also cleaned the house and made everything so fresh and beautiful. We have more spaces to organize and I cant wait to see what they do next. I cannot recommend Texas Charm enough!
