My boyfriend was tasked with installing a bidet into our master bath. It was supposed to be an easy project, but he found the nut on the water line connecting to the toilet tank would not budge after a certain point. Not sure if it was ultimately stuck due to sediment/hard water buildup or threaded incorrectly or what, but after several days of messing with it and trying to get it off, it just wasn’t working out. Finally, we decided it would be better to have a skilled person help us out. I took to the Internet and found Kevin on a Sunday evening (really, I think I messaged him around 10pm). He responded immediately, easily understood what my problem was and gave me an estimate of what he thought it would cost us. Kevin came out the very next day and took all of 30 mins to replace all the necessary parts and get the bidet installed. He was really friendly and happily answered any questions I had + gave me some advice for the next time if I were to want to install a second one. So glad I reached out - will definitely keep him in mind for any future projects!
