What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually fall right in the middle with pricing. We do alot more than most cleaners and charge less than many of the top pros. If we know the sq ft and the condition of the home I can give a better quote. If it seems over the top then you may want to contact me. I try to work with you to find the right price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to the home and do walk through, talk with customer and their concerns. I give the final price and begin cleaning. I provide my own cleaning products.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning since I was 18 years old, now I have turned it into a business. It is hard work but I enjoy the freedom and flexibility.
