- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is based on each client’s needs. My cleaning is very through. Polish all surfaces including doors and floor boards blinds and light fixtures ceiling fans. Inside windows I wipe prints gladly throughly clean windows, Vacuum, mop and Detail bathrooms .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i will discuss their needs and will accommodate all cleaning needs. Also ask them about any products they may not want me to use...allergy. If you need a special project we can discuss how to fit them into your budget. For example, organizing closets. Once you are on my schedule my work is guaranteed, and I will follow-up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read frequently and do searches online in regards to a bussiness. Finding ways to be better and more efficient and learn more bout my business to operate successfully. Be able to pay bills and be happy. I can truly say my job does not feel like work. It's grueling, hard-work but it's very rewarding and the hardest part is managing time correctly to do a great quality job cleaning and keeping on schedule and getting to homes at the estimated time of arrival. You never know what you're walking in to in each home. Something may be messier than the week before and sometimes it's cleaner. It's a task at learning how to build in enough time to be able to finish a job efficiently yet not end up wasting time in between homes if you finish early (which never happens lol, there's always something to be done that fills all the time) haha.
