- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for. You pay low you will get a low vibrational experience. I feel like my prices are very fair for what has to be done and especially being done the correct way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrive early so that we can get a feel for each other. I ask for recommendations for cleaning products, otherwise I use my faves. I ask any question that I can think of so that we have no misunderstandings. Nothing gets left out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have real life experience and training. I was in customer service for 8+ years, I have the people skills and I’ve been cleaning since 8 years old lol. I also have a degree in Business Management.
