They blocked me and I was in the hospital and wasn’t able to respond.
That was my original review, but the company did respond to me and they said that Thumbtack block someone when they don’t respond so I’m updating my review as a courtesy to this company. I do not want to put something negative if it’s something that someone did not do and I also want to apologize to the company for giving them that review. May God bless you and all that you do.

After a quick haggle on the estimate, they came out within an hour and removed a broken plasticity shed I had. The only thing I would say is, they could have announced themselves before just walking straight in the backyard. I have a big dog, and it could have been very bad for everyone involved if they'd have been outside.
Details: No large items to haul • Yard waste, construction debris or scrap metal • Enough to fill one pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs

Very responsible, comes on time, and works quickly. Would recommend them to anyone. Hauled away all the things left from a garage estate sale including waste and garbage. Really was a good experience.

Mark from Rags to Riches leads a very hard working family team. I hired them for a huge junk haul of job. Their quote was best for a 16 ft trailer. They did the job in a few hours and handled tricky spaces and heavy furniture well. Even though the junk ended up being 2 full trailers Mark didn't create any churn and didn't ask for extra money. They also did lawn mowing for us, that was average quality but still - I was happy to give them more business. I'd definitely hire them for junk haul off again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on condition of property and how much labor it takes to get the lawn back to a maintainable state.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we always want to see the property to talk about pricing. We will explain to the customer what the yard is going to need and educate the customer on how to develop a healthy lawn.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started this line of work after retiring from law enforcement. We love helping people and making lawns and properties shine.
