My move was the move from hell till I called Relocate & Rebuild I had lined up a different company to move me out of storage to my new place I had set up to meet the other company at my storage at 8 a.m. I called at 8:30 I was told there on the way. 9 a.m. I was told they have over booked and no one was coming. I went in the storage office and asked if they knew anyone I was given Relocate & Rebuilds card. When I called the nice lady she said we are very busy today but give me a minute can I call you back. 2 minutes later my phone rang and when I answered I was told she's sending 2 people out right away. Wow within 20 minutes they showed up ready to work. And work they did moving my things with the best of care. I couldn't believe it they worked hard and fast. When we showed up at my new home to my surprise there was 2 more works ready to help unload. Relocate & Rebuild saved the day from now on any moving i have goes to them. I tell everyone. Relocate and Rebuild provided an excellent service for my family. Fast are punctual and had all the right tools to make moving our belongings easy. They even repacked some of my poorly packed and weathered boxes to ensure our breakables transferred without damage. They packed so well too. The truck was like a Tetris puzzle. Nothing moved and everything was secured well. I would recommend them and use them again!

This is an all female crew who was totally awesome. They where on time, professional, contentious, and extremely on point with everything. The job was properly bidded, there where no hidden agendas, and I paid what was stated. I look forward to working with then again this fall for the next leg of my journey. We always try and work out the most affordable prices to our customers. Also the best price that'll also pay us and our hard workers for their services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce ourselves with a visit to survey what's going and to have an idea on what materials we would need, how many personal, and if we need to pack or just load. We also give the customer an estimate of costs. For long distances and just loads we would typically ask what's going and make an estimate from that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years experience working with a moving company and do moves for customers on the side.
