In a word, professionalism. Having lived in the area for 3 housing booms, I knew my way around the Austin market, but I chose Daryl and Advantage Austin Properties because he exudes professionalism. There are plenty of fly by night real estate agents trying to take advantage of the market for a quick buck, and Daryl is the polar opposite of that. He made me, and more importantly, my wife, comfortable throughout the process and his thorough, transparent approach left no doubt we made a great choice with our representation. He's a consummate pro and I'd recommend him to anyone.
