I had a roof leak around the chimney base. As you can understand, it's very stressful to have a roof leak. I called him and two other roofers yesterday and he is the only one came over this morning. The second one won't be available for 2 weeks and the third one wanted over $200 for an inspection first. Francisco went to the attic to check from inside then went on top of the roof. He spent over one hour on my roof, not only plugged in the leak at the chimney base, but also checked all other roof vents and plugged in any minor cracks. He walked around and inspected the entire roof. Guess, how much was the bill? $0!!! Can you believe it? I could not believe it when he told me that he was not go to charge me. As a professional engineers, I dealt with over 100 contractors in different trades in last 20+ years and this is the first time!!! Thanks again Francisco, you are my hero! I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.
