Mr. Whiz was able to come out the same day I reached out. He was honest and transparent—when he realized he could fix the issue without replacing a part, he immediately let me know and stayed to confirm the problem was fully resolved. He was incredibly friendly and patient (I’m a bit of a chatter!), and he never seemed bothered at all. He was even thoughtful enough to take his shoes off when entering and exiting the home. We will definitely be reaching out to Mr. Whiz again.
