Dennis catered a graduation party for our daughter, and he did an awesome job. The food and refreshments were delicious. He was very professional. The food and service exceeded our expectations. It was fun to have his food truck at our house for the party. Dennis went out of his way to make sure it was a fun environment for everyone. I will definitely call him again when I need his services.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Give us a chance to serve your event.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The first thing is how much money do they want to spend? What time dose the vendor have to set up and what time do you want the food ready to be served. What time will event end. We usually stay any where from two to three hours at private events, with about two hours preparation time before. How many people are coming. How far is the event from the vendor Is there any electric outlets , water outlets, trash dumpsters, available. How much Lighten if the event is in the evening
