- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the area, surface type, condition, and level of buildup. I provide clear pricing before work begins, with no surprise fees. I also offer bundled pricing when customers combine services such as driveway, patio, sidewalk, or trash bin cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the customer's project details, photos, measurements, and any concerns they may have. From there, I provide a clear quote and schedule a convenient service time. Before starting, I inspect the area, protect surrounding surfaces as needed, complete the cleaning, and do a final walkthrough to make sure the customer is happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience, research, and continued learning about proper pressure washing techniques, chemical application, surface protection, equipment operation, and safe cleaning methods. I make sure the cleaning method and pressure are appropriate for each surface rather than treating every job the same.
