Working with Jade has been a great experience. I managed to lose 4 pounds in a month with her program. She took the time to make adjustments based off my knee I got replace a couple of years ago. I was a little hesitant at first because I didn't want to re-injure myself but it was worth giving it a shot. Thankfully she has knowledge on what to eat so I can know what's good and bad for me.
