I was a bit disappointed. Responsiveness was excellent, they came and revemiewed to provide an accurate quote, I told them I was very detailed, picky to specifications of needs. Need home, no furniture in yet, need everything wiped, all blinds, baseboards, windows, bathrooms, THOROUGHLY. Two ladies started between 915AM to 10AM., I told them I had to leave for an event at 130. I left them here, called to check around 430PM and they said they were still cleaning. I made it home around 6PM, walked in, they were breaking in the kitchen and had not yet done hardly anything since I left. I was disappointed, but didn't want to discourage them so I walked around showing them things to redo. The lead came to say she was calling her boyfriend, who owned company to help the, mind you it is now almost 9PM/930PM. Boyfriend comes, he gets busy, and really is working. . . But it was so much left to do, I started to get a towel and broom and clean myself. So hurt, they charged $400, but I felt since they had been here all day, I gave an extra $100....$500 wasted. They may have done $200 of work. So disappointed 😞. I've had to reclean and wipe blinds, windows, doors, baseboards and vents... Needless to say no real fresh clean smell, product was diluted in water, so my home did not smell like we discussed during the quote. I was going to give a 2nd chance, but I was bamboozled out of money 💰 with not the expert service that was discussed. Plus I had 3 people asked me for a referral, I had to give the full story and not refer... Chemicals used in my microwave damaged it, bought another microwave, out of more money.
