FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flat-rate and transparent, based on the type and complexity of the tax return. There are no hidden fees. All pricing is discussed and confirmed before filing. Individual Form 1040: $300 Schedule C / Small Business: $400 Mid to Large Business Returns: $500 Additional fees may apply only if the return requires extra forms or added complexity, and this will always be communicated in advance. Payment is due prior to filing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, organized, and designed to make tax filing stress-free. First, I review the customer’s situation and explain the pricing and next steps. Once we agree to move forward, the customer securely provides the required documents, such as identification, income forms, and prior-year tax returns if available. I carefully prepare the tax return, review all information for accuracy, and ensure eligible deductions and credits are considered. Before filing, I go over the return with the customer to answer questions and confirm accuracy. Once approved, the return is filed electronically, and the customer receives confirmation and a copy of their completed return for their records. I remain available for follow-up questions and support after filing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience preparing individual and business tax returns and stay current with IRS rules and filing requirements. My training includes working with common tax forms such as Form 1040, Schedule C, and business returns, along with verifying taxpayer documentation and following IRS due diligence standards. I focus on accuracy, compliance, and ongoing learning to ensure each return is prepared correctly and according to current tax laws. I also use professional tax preparation software and established procedures to review information, confirm eligibility for deductions and credits, and file returns securely.
