Coming from being an employee and supervisor of a large service company exposed me to all aspects of the business and customer service duties. While I enjoyed the opportunity to help grow the company and help the great people that worked there, I was also exposed to another side of the business that I couldnt help with..I enjoy helping customers for all of their home or business needs. Starting my own company gave me that opportunity that I couldnt have otherwise partaken in. Im able to help the less fortunate, whom would otherwise be left without air in the summer, or warmth in the winter due to the high cost's associated with larger companies. I take pride in my added knowledge of the vast industry, and having the ability to repair what alot of companies cant or wont, but they will try to sell. Theres alot i can do to help my community and ive enjoyed giving back and helping the people that keep our business types open and busy. I will always work with anyone, in their time of need when money is very tight. I think that the reward of helping someone out is far more valueable in the long run than holding them hostage (per say) at one option of only replacement which is cosltly, or repairs that can be expensive. I know that when i save someone money, I earn a customer (and a referral) for life. That means alot to me, and i know in time it will have its rewards. I enjoy seeing your face when you thought all was lost or hopeless, and i make your day with an accurate, very affordable repair that no other company offered or couldnt.
