- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair on pricing based on what specific tasks the customer would like done during the visits. Pricing will be discussed with client at home visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before a set quote about any job is given I prefer to meet the pet(s) and parents in their own environment. This introduction to the pets ahead of time helps to reassure them that I am a "friend". At this initial meeting Job dates, specific tasks and rates will be discussed. Also a quick walk thru of the area is essential so the location of tools necessary for the job can be noted, for instance: food, toys medications, litter pans and etc.. During this introduction pet preferences and tendencies and parent preferences as well can be noted. A list of vet phone #s, microchip #s or geo tracking #s or code #s will be requested (Just in case.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education and training comes from real life experiences and hands on training, some expert guided tutelage, study and working with rescue groups.
